Broken Computers and Broken Nails....
So for a few days I was wondering why my computer battery would run out so much faster than normal. It wasn't that hard to figure out that it was because the laptop wouldn't shut, but I was just too busy to notice it for a little bit. Anyway, I took it in to the Apple Care Center in the bookstore and they warned me that if it was a broken piece then warranty would cover it, but if something was just jammed in there, it was going to cost me $65. What college student has a spare $65 hanging around to spend on computer repairs? Anyway, the guy was really nice and promised to check out my computer right away since I am going out of town and need it. I was praying for a broken piece so that I wouldn't have to pay anything. Lo and behold, an hour later I get a call from Jeff (the computer guy) and this is his response: "Hi, Brittney? ....ummm..... so I opened up your computer and it turns out there were no broken parts.... just a fingernail jammed inside." Uh, SIIIICK! Even more awkward, I went to pick up my computer and he put the fingernail piece in a tiny plastic bag and taped it to the top of my computer. Even worse, it wasn't my fingernail! It had some bright color of nail polish on it that neither me or my roommates even own. Anyway, that's my story. Oh, and they didn't make me pay the $65. If you ever have computer problems, go see Jeff. Helpful fellow.

That is hilarious! I'm laughing out loud in my room supposed to be preparing tomorrow's lessons. That is funny crap. Maybe it's one of your kids fingernails. You never know about those dirty chitlins.

hahahaha! Oh my goodness that is the greatest story ever! haha I love that he taped the fingernail on there...
That is so disgusting. And so AWKWARD! Poor unsuspecting Jeff. I LOVE that he put it in a bag and taped it to your computer. As if you wanted to cherish it for all time.
